* Students who elect to take comprehensive exams must take two graduate political science seminars listed above (8 units). Students who write a thesis need only take one graduate seminar from the courses listed above (4 units). **Additional graduate seminars and/or upper division undergraduate courses in political science or related fields upon advisement and approval of graduate coordinator (10 units).
