• A Medical/Insurance Verification & Authorization Form
• A signed Release & Hold Harmless Agreement
• A signed Student Contract
• A check for registration fee $825 payable to SFSU-CEL
• A separate check $100 for travel risk insurance payable to SFSU-CEL
• A separate check $1,834 for PKU program fee and hotel room at PKU payable to Peking University
• A separate check $1,900 for international airfare and final week travel cost payable to Journey to the West
• A xerox copy of passport should be made on file.

Pre-departure Orientation and Check List

A mandatory pre-departure orientation meeting between Professor Guo and enrolled students will be scheduled and to be provided later.
