Economics 611 / 811

Economics 611/811 deals with international economics by introducing students to the theoretical and applied problems in international trade and international finance in the modern economy as well as in an historic context. The course is divided into international trade theory, commercial policy and applied trade issues and international financial issues including the balance of payments, foreign exchange markets, international monetary systems and current problems in the international monetary sphere.
