...to the Department of Geography and Human Environmental Studies at San Francisco State University. Geographers study, map and analyze our changing natural and social environments at a variety of scales from local to global. Programs leading to the B.A. in Geography include Environmental Resource Management, Physical Geography, Environmental Studies, Techniques in Geographic Analysis, Cultural Geography, and Urban and Landuse Planning. The M.A. graduate program supports international and field research on a wide range of topics related to faculty expertise.
