The registration fee is $20 for students and $40 for faculty and non-students. The fee covers all conference sessions, breakfast and lunch. To register, please send a check made out to "San Francisco State University" along with the completed registration form.
Space at the conference is limited. The deadline for registering is February 15, 2009. After February 15, 2009, please email anoshua@sfsu.edu to find out if space is still available before sending your registration form and check.

Please fill in the paper title and your affiliation when you submit the registration form. Please note that if you submitted your paper abstract by email, you will not be officially registered and included on the program until we have received your registration form and check by mail even if your paper gets accepted.
