The Psychology clinic of San
Francisco State University provides no-fee individual, couples, and group
psychotherapy to children and adults
both from within and outside of the
university community. The Psychology Clinic operates from September to
mid-May, and is closed during the summer.
The clinic is staffed by graduate
students in clinical psychology, and by post-master's degree interns, all
working under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
The director of the Psychology
Clinic for the academic year 2007-2008 is Julia Lewis, Ph.D. Professor of
Clinical Psychology in the Psychology Department at SFSU.
The Clinic
Coordinator and Test Librarian is Merrie Lee Irwin, M.S., MFTI, a graduate of the SFSU
Clinical Psychology program.
