My research interests center around interactions between the Earth's surface and atmosphere, particularly exchanges of energy, water and carbon dioxide. I am particularly interested in applications of micrometeorology to biophysical processes, carbon cycling, surface energy balances and surface hydrological exchanges. My interests also extend higher into the boundary layer, particularly mixing processes and thermal circulations in coastal and mountainous regions and implications for airborne transport.
